The Trail Pass

The Trail Pass is our exclusive partnership program designed for content creators, vloggers, and social media influencers. In exchange for high-quality, authentic content (photos, Reels/Shorts, or reviews), we offer complimentary e-bike tour experiences across Barbados.

We welcome creators across travel, adventure, fitness, lifestyle, and local Barbadian culture niches. While we look at follower count, engagement and content quality matter most to us. Whether you’re a micro-influencer with a highly active community or an established travel creator, we’d love to review your application!

We request that all applications be submitted at least 7 to 10 days prior to your requested tour date; but really as much advanced notice as possible is the best way to go. This allows us time to review your channels, confirm availability, and ensure we have the right gear ready for you.

Standard deliverables typically include:

• 1–2 Instagram Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts tagging @ebikebarbados and mentioning us in the caption.
• 10 high-resolution photos or raw video clips shared with our team for promotional use.
• A tag or location tag in your Instagram/Facebook Stories on the day of the tour.
• An honest Google or Tripadvisor review reflecting your experience.

Yes! We know adventures are better shared. Approved Trail Pass creators are welcome to bring one additional guest. Please specify in your application if you intend to bring a plus-one.

Absolutely! You retain full ownership of your content. By participating in the Trail Pass program, you grant eBike Barbados non-exclusive rights to repost, share, or use your footage and photos across our official website, social media channels, and marketing materials (with full creator credit given wherever possible).

Not at all! Our premium electric bikes do most of the heavy lifting, making the terrain accessible and fun regardless of your fitness level. Every tour includes a pre-ride safety briefing and equipment familiarization session with our expert local guides. But you do need to know how to operate a bicycle.

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes (sneakers are ideal), sunglasses, and sunscreen. We provide helmets, water, and safe storage options on the bikes for smaller camera gear or phones.

Yes! Action cameras (Insta360, GoPro), handheld gimbals, and compact camera setups are fully welcome and encouraged. If you plan to fly a drone, please be aware that permission from the local authorities is required to pilot a drone on the island prior to its use.

Yes! Once approved for the Trail Pass, you can also join our affiliate program to receive a unique discount code or link for your audience. You’ll earn a commission on every booking generated through your referral.

Safety is always our top priority. If inclement weather prevents us from safely riding, we will work directly with you to reschedule your excursion for another day during your stay.
