Terms & Conditions

eBike Island Adventures Inc.

By booking a tour with eBike Island Adventures Inc., you agree to the following terms and
conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or an approved booking partner.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to your tour time unless otherwise
  agreed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a
full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full
  refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Cruise Ship Guests

• Guests are responsible for confirming their ship’s departure time.
• While we have an excellent record of returning guests to port on time, we cannot
  guarantee against delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health & Fitness

• Guests must be in reasonable physical condition to participate.
• Participants must be able to ride a bicycle confidently.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may be unsafe.

5. Safety

• Helmets must be worn at all times during the ride.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides.
• eBike Island Adventures Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in
  an unsafe or disruptive manner.

6. Liability Waiver

• Participation in cycling and hiking tours involves inherent risks.
• By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
• eBike Island Adventures Inc. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage
  to personal belongings.

7. Age Requirements

• Riders must meet minimum age and height requirements as specified at booking.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Weather

• Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
• We reserve the right to modify routes or tour times due to weather conditions.

9. Photography

• Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless a
  guest requests otherwise.

10. Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
& Conditions.
